We are breeders of fabulous hairless felines, in particular Canadian Sphynx, living in sunny South Africa. If you are looking for a truly magical companion pet unlike any other, an Ethereal Sphynx might just be for you! Embodying the best traits of a cat, monkey, dog and a little sprinkle of fairy dust, each Ethereal Sphynx is the perfect candidate to steal your heart.

Our cattery is situated just outside of the big city hustle and bustle of Pretoria, in a small town called Brits. We are registered with both the Cat Federation of Southern Africa, as well as the Southern Africa Cat Council and our main breeding focus is to improve upon and protect the Sphynx breed standard, in order to provide the best quality Sphynx kittens that we possibly can while still maintaining the wonderfully loving Sphynx temperament in our kittens.

We strongly believe in health screening our breeding cats in order to keep on top of any issues as they pop up and to remove any unsuitable candidates from our breeding programs. Unfortunately, as is the case for many breeds, HCM is an ever-present threat to these beautiful cats and we actively strive towards minimizing this horrible disease through diligent heart scans and careful planning of our litters.

In order to help us on this path to breeding Sphynx kittens of impeccable health and temperament, we raise all of our breeding cats inside our home as beloved pets and strive to provide the best care and enrichment for them at every stage of life.

We also endeavor to be an active part of the cat fancy in South Africa in order to bring more public awareness to this amazing breed through regular participation in cat shows all around the country.
